The north’s favourite farming event is back!

The largest agricultural show and family fun day out in the north is back.

The Black Isle Show will return to its usual slot – the first Thursday in August – with a preview evening on the Wednesday, later this year.

Show administrator Fiona MacKintosh, BIFS president Frieda Mackenzie and project manager Lucy Mitchell.

President of the Black Isle Farmers’ Society Freida Mckenzie said: “After a two-year absence, everyone you speak to is really looking forward to the return of the Black Isle Show. It is the highlight of the year in the area and a fantastic showcase for local businesses. Also a chance to meet friends that you have not seen all year.

“Everyone is so glad to see a sense of normality return. We will have in place lots of measures to ensure an enjoyable return of the biggest one day show in Scotland! Watch this space for new additions to the show and enjoy the old favourites.”

The main arena attraction is Big Pete and Grim Reaper with their giant monster truck show.
