Preview evening (3 August)

Over 12: £8; Under 12: FREE

Please note: There are no concession prices on the preview evening. This is a flat fee for anyone over the age of 12.

Please be aware that tickets offered for sale by individuals through Facebook pages may be a scam.

Tickets are not required for Under 12s as they will be admitted free of charge at the gate, when accompanied by an adult.

Carers: Please bring evidence of your carer status to the gate for stewards to check.

  • If you buy tickets online, you will NOT receive a paper ticket in the post. You will get an email with a QR code (barcode) which you should take to the gate on the day, either on your phone or printed. If you have not received this within 24 hours of your order, please email us only on the address below. Remember to check your spam folder.
  • Concessions are for ages 12-18 and over 65. You may be asked for proof of age at the gate.
  • Tickets are not required for Under 12s as they will be admitted free of charge at the gate, when accompanied by an adult.
  • Carers of registered disabled people will be given a free pass at the gate on request. You may be asked for proof of eligibility.
  • Early bird ticket prices have been held at the same level as 2019.
  • All ticket enquiries should be made by email to payments@blackisleshow.com. Please do not call the office as we don’t have the facility to check ticket orders over the telephone.

FAQ

When will my tickets arrive?

Your tickets will be sent by email within 5 minutes of your order. The ticket will show a barcode (QR code) , and you should keep this safe as it will be your only way to gain entry at the gate. Remember to check your spam/junk folder before contacting us.

What if I don’t get my tickets?

If you haven’t received your ticket email within 24 hours of making your order, please email payments@blackisleshow.com. This email is monitored by the ticketing contractor and are the only people who can help with your enquiry. Please do not telephone or email any other address.

Do I need to print my tickets?

No, you can show your tickets on your phone. You must show the barcode part of the ticket for each person. You can choose to print your ticket, but it must be clean and legible to scan.

If I buy multiple tickets, will I get an email for each ticket holder.

If you buy multiple tickets in one transaction, all your barcodes will be in one email. If you buy tickets for people arriving at different times, you should buy your tickets in separate transactions.

Why can’t I buy tickets for under 12s

Under 12s will be admitted free of charge at the gate when accompanied by an adult.

Can I leave the showground after having my ticket scanned?

Yes, you can leave the grounds and return once you have had your ticket scanned.
