- Beware of scams: Please be aware that tickets offered for sale by individuals through Facebook pages may be a scam. The Black Isle Show Facebook page will not allow any tickets to be offered for sale through any third party.

- Carers: Please bring evidence of your carer status to the gate for stewards to check.

- If you bought your tickets online, you will NOT receive a paper ticket in the post. You will get an email confirming your order and. a separate ticket email with a QR code (barcode) which you should take to the gate on the day, either on your phone or printed. You may not receive your tickets immediately after your order, but all tickets will be sent before 14 July. Your order confirmation email should be kept. asa reference. If you have any queries, please email us only on the address below. Remember to check your spam folder.

FAQ
When will my tickets arrive?
You will receive an acknowledgement of your payment by email within five minutes of your order. If you do not get this, please check you have entered your email address correctly and checked your spam/junk folder. Your tickets will come separately to the same email address, well in advance of the show ( in the month of July). If you have not received them by 14 July, please email tickets@blackisleshow.com and we’ll resend them.
Please note: Our ticketing staff are not based in the office, please email, as your email address will be used to link your query with your order.
The ticket will show a barcode (QR code) , and you should keep this safe as it will be your only way to gain entry at the gate. Remember to check your spam/junk folder before contacting us.
What if I don’t get my tickets?
If you haven’t received your ticket email by 14 July, please email tickets@blackisleshow.com. The ticketing contractor monitors this email address daily and they are the only people who can help with your enquiry. Please do not telephone or email any other address.
Do I need to print my tickets?
No, you can show your tickets on your phone. You must show the barcode part of the ticket for each person. You can choose to print your ticket, but it must be clean and legible to scan.
If I buy multiple tickets, will I get an email for each ticket holder.
If you buy multiple tickets in one transaction, all your barcodes will be in one email. If you buy tickets for people arriving at different times, you should buy your tickets in separate transactions.
Why can’t I buy tickets for those under 12
Under 12s will be admitted free of charge at the gate when accompanied by an adult.
Can I leave the showground after having my ticket scanned?
Yes, you can leave the grounds and return once you have had your ticket scanned.
Can I buy tickets at the gate?
Yes.
The PREVIEW is held on the Wednesday evening before the show. Everything is set up for the big day, and this is your chance to see it all, and a few exclusive events as well.
Trade stands and food vendors are all open from 4pm to 9pm and there’s a full STUNT PERFORMANCE SHOW in the main ring, as well as the now-famous Charity Tractor Push and Dog Agility Show.
